There are no hard and fast rules
for designing a werewolf. For me, making the character appear more like
a
believable blend between the actual species he's supposed to represent
& human DNA, is far more interesting and convincing to me than the
traditionally malformed and sometimes baboonish looking werewolf
designs in other films. The CG werewolves in the film "Van
Helsing" took a design approach that had more in common with my
work than in previous attempts, like "American Werewolf in Paris";
which I thought failed miserably at bringing these creatures to life on
the big screen. Again, everyone has an opinion on what these mythological beasts should look like. My CG Werewolf is but one approach... Site Navigation: |
